  • Do you offer a warranty?

    Any/all warranty items are subject to the part manufacturer's warranty. We stand behind the products we sell, and every situation is handled in a case-by-case manner.

  • Do you have a waiting room?

    No we do not.

    We encourage our clients to arrange for drop off and pick up.

  • I don't see your business hours posted anywhere?

    We operate by appointment only. This helps us manage traffic and increase our efficiency in the shop.

  • Is it easier for me to buy parts on my own, or can I buy from Toysport?

    We encourage all of our clients to purchase through Toysport. Due to the automotive industry being flooded with fake/counterfeit products, we have multiple wholesale accounts set up to ensure that you are getting real, quality components.

  • I'm ready to get started on my build, what do we need to do to make that happen?

    Our first step is consultation. Once verbal agreements have been made, we will put together an estimate with all the foreseeable necessary parts and associated labor. Once parts and labor have been approved, we require 50% of the total estimate or total parts cost (whichever is greater) for a deposit.

  • I have a custom fabrication idea, what do you need from me to start on something like this?

    All custom fabrication is time and material based. Ideas, drawings, etc are best shared via email. Before a project gets started, we like to schedule time for consultation and begin our bill of materials.

  • What is the cost of your 3d design?

    All 3D design is time and material. All 3d designs commissioned, will become the property of that sole person/business. All design work must be paid in full, for any drawing, files, etc to be delivered.

  • I already have my parts, will you still install them?

    We take every installation, case by case. We do have a higher hourly rate for customer-supplied parts. There are some situations where the parts you may be interested in are not available to us or out of stock through our vendors, so we will work with our clients to help ensure they are receiving quality parts and products.

    Our experience with customer-supplied parts is oftentimes we are only supplied some parts and not all for a certain task, or they are the wrong parts altogether.

    We also do not offer any type of warranty on customer-supplied parts.

  • Can you follow your 3d design through to manufacturing?

    Yes! We work with various companies to provide precision machine work, printing, hardware, etc for our designs. We have quite a few different vehicles available for test fitment and beta testing.

    Again, the proto-typing and manufacturing are time and material.

  • Do you work on anything other than Toyota?

    We have in the past. But this is only optioned to current clients as our tooling/diagnostic equipment is primarily Toyota/Lexus/Scion based.

  • Do you have a dynamometer?

    We do not own it, but we have an in-house dyno available for 2wd applications.

    All tuning and dyno operations are performed with MFT Solutions, LLC.

  • Do you work with JDM vehicles?

    Yes, we do. We work on several different imported Toyota models, which sometimes require us to import OEM parts. We do also accept other manufacturer imports as well on a case-by-case scenario.

  • Do you offer financing?

    No, we do not.
